Zoom Public Sector Summit

Client: Creative Technology, London for Zoom Events with Gary Bowman as the Event Lead.

A TV Studio style event with guests from a variety of companies and Zoom hosts.

Creative Technology supplied Panasonic 4k Studio Cameras, with Prompting kit, alongside operators and a full gallery of technical to make this event happen successfully, including PPU, Graphics and VT and Audio.

Contrast Events were asked to provide an operator and 2 Identical Vmix Machines to put together the Mixed camera feed with the Graphics and Video Content.

We utilised 4 of the 8 available Key layers, with animated lower thirds, Animated Graphics, Bugs and data from Zoom’s Graphics Toolkit.

Capture feeds were main and backup Camera Mix, Main and backup Graphics from PowerPoint, and main and backup VT playback from Millumin.

We also provided a TX output for monitoring and 2 layered outputs for the presenters with Prompt, Gfx and clocks.

As a full redundant setup was required, we powered our systems from separate UPS, with a lot of thought given to the “what if’s” should they occur.

It was a very successful event, and we look forward to being involved in more of these events in the future.
